What is the return policy?
We want you to love your Vibin Language gear. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Exchanges for wrong items/size being sent & damaged items are always free — we’ll cover shipping. For returns & exchanges (alternate colors & sizes), customers are responsible for shipping back to us. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your item(s). Exchanges will be shipped upon receipt of the original items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery in the U.S. takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
Do you do limited drops?
Yes, some of our pieces are limited edition. Once they’re gone, they may not come back. Other items may be seasonal.
